Afternoon Session: 5:30pm- 8:30pm (spots still available)
Spaces are limited to only 12 players (beginners, Intermediate, advanced)
Day 1
INTRO TO PADEL
TECHNICAL AND TACTICAL
• Fitness Training warm up.
• Learn or Master depending on your level the basics shots of Padel
• Understand the Baseline Area and defense game with the most used techniques.
• Master the forehand, Backhand, Counter attack, Lobs, Chiquita with and without using the walls;
• Make the wall your best friend.
• Games base drills.
• Match playing
Day 2
• Fitness Training warm up.
• Understand the Net and attacking game with the most used techniques;
• Improve the volleys, Dejadas (drop shots)
• Master the aerial game- Viboras, Bandejas, X3, X4, Boomerang, Gancho, Rulo.
• Game base drills
• Match playing
Day 3
• Fitness Training warm up.
• Understand the transition area and positions concerning my partner and opponent;
• Improve the transitions winning the net and using different methods;
• Improve the transitions when loosing the net and what to do.
• Game base drills
• Match playing
Day 4
• Fitness Training warm up.
• Learn all the tactical aspects of the game
• Learn to see the game using triple vision.
• Communicate the proper way with your partner.
• Master the game strategy and start winning more matches

Day 5
• Fitness Training warm up.
• Apply all you have learned
• Game base drills
• Match playing
• Flash tournament* using the techniques learned during the boot camp.
NOTE: Minimum of 4 players for the boot camp, if not it will be canceled.
